Our recruitment process includes detailed background checks, psychological testing, scenario analysis and orientation training - far more rigourous than our competitors.
All personnel hold relevant security industry licenses, first aid accreditation and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) accreditation. Additionally, staff are required to undertake a minimum amount of additional employer sponsored training during each year of service.
Staff also recive inhouse training courses in hospitality security specific areas such as report writing, customer service and guest relations, occupational health & safety, terrorism awareness, and other contemporary issues.
We seek to create a team of security professionals rather than a collection of part-time 'cowboys'.
